In a tightly contested battle, the Tennessee Titans held off the Baltimore Ravens with a final score of 24-17 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. This victory was crucial for the Titans as they look to solidify their standing early in the season, while the Ravens aimed to bounce back from previous disappointments. Titans quarterback Cam Ward led the offensive charge, throwing for 201 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his poise under pressure. Wide receiver Carnell Tate was a key target, racking up 88 receiving yards that helped keep the chains moving in critical moments. Meanwhile, Baltimore's Derrick Henry delivered a strong performance on the ground with 117 rushing yards, but it wasn't enough to secure the win. Defensively, Keldric Faulk stood out for the Titans, recording two sacks that disrupted the Ravens' rhythm and put them in difficult third-down situations. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter when Faulk's pressure forced an errant throw from Ravens quarterback that led to an interception by Trenton Simpson, ultimately sealing the Titans' victory. With both teams having their moments, it was Tennessee's defensive plays that made the difference in this hard-fought contest.
