In a thrilling Week 13 showdown, the Buffalo Bills outlasted the New England Patriots with a final score of 32-24. The victory not only bolstered Buffalo's playoff hopes but also showcased their resilience in a tightly contested matchup against their division rivals. Drake Maye delivered a standout performance for the Patriots, throwing for 290 yards and three touchdowns, but it was Jerome Ford of the Bills who stole the spotlight on the ground, racking up 92 rushing yards. Meanwhile, Romeo Doubs emerged as Maye's top target, hauling in 154 receiving yards in a valiant effort to keep New England competitive throughout the game. While the Patriots fought hard, it was Buffalo's defense that proved pivotal. Ed Oliver led the charge with 1.5 sacks, applying consistent pressure on Maye and disrupting the Patriots' rhythm. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter when Spillane's interception gave Buffalo the momentum they needed to secure the victory, effectively sealing the deal and keeping their playoff aspirations alive.
