In a crucial Week 13 matchup, the Jacksonville Jaguars secured a 24-16 victory over the Chicago Bears, keeping their playoff hopes alive as the season draws to a close. Both teams entered the game with high stakes, but it was Jacksonville that emerged triumphant, showcasing their offensive prowess against a resilient Bears squad. Trevor Lawrence led the Jaguars with an impressive performance, throwing for 213 yards and two touchdowns, effectively guiding his team to victory. Parker Washington was a key target, racking up 69 receiving yards, while the Bears' D'Andre Swift made his mark on the ground with 82 rushing yards, but it wasn’t enough to tip the scales in Chicago's favor. Defensively, the Bears put up a strong fight, with Terell Smith recording seven total tackles and Marcelino McCrary-Ball contributing 1.5 sacks. However, the turning point came in the second half when Lawrence connected on a crucial touchdown pass that extended the Jaguars' lead, ultimately proving decisive in this tightly contested game.
