The Jets’ offense and defense collaborated effectively, showcasing their strengths in a game that tested both teams' resolve. Cam Ward put up solid numbers for the Titans, throwing for 258 yards and one touchdown, while Luke Musgrave emerged as a key target, hauling in 102 receiving yards. However, it was Geno Smith who led the Jets on the ground with 57 rushing yards, contributing to a well-rounded offensive effort that kept the Titans on their heels. Defensively, the Jets were led by Brandon Stephens, who recorded 12 total tackles, helping to shut down Tennessee's offensive momentum.
