In a thrilling Week 7 matchup, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers topped the Carolina Panthers with a final score of 35-21, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams vying for critical wins, the Buccaneers' balanced attack proved too much for the Panthers to handle. Bryce Young showcased his talents for Carolina, throwing for an impressive 320 yards and three touchdowns, but it was Bucky Irving who shined for Tampa Bay, rushing for 94 yards and contributing significantly to the Buccaneers' offensive rhythm. Meanwhile, Chris Brazzell II emerged as a key target for Young, racking up 132 receiving yards, but it was not enough to overcome the Buccaneers' offensive firepower. On the defensive side, Vita Vea was a force for Tampa Bay, recording two sacks that disrupted Carolina's offensive flow. Keionte Scott added to the defensive efforts with two crucial interceptions, which turned the momentum in the Buccaneers' favor. The turning point came in the second half when Scott's second interception set up a touchdown, allowing Tampa Bay to pull away and secure the victory.
