In a thrilling Week 2 showdown, the Seattle Seahawks outlasted the Arizona Cardinals with a final score of 38-31, keeping their momentum strong early in the 2026 season. Both teams were looking to gain an edge in the competitive NFC West, but it was Seattle that ultimately emerged victorious in this high-scoring affair. Seahawks quarterback Jalen Milroe was the star of the night, throwing for 343 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his strong arm and accuracy. He found Rashid Shaheed multiple times, who racked up an impressive 161 receiving yards, proving to be a constant threat downfield. Meanwhile, Jadarian Price added a solid ground game with 94 rushing yards, contributing to a well-rounded offensive performance. Defensively, the Seahawks managed to stifle the Cardinals at critical moments, forcing them to play catch-up. Although Arizona's Jack Gibbens led the charge with nine total tackles, it was Seattle’s ability to create pressure that was the game’s turning point. The Seahawks’ defense stepped up when it mattered most, ensuring that the Cardinals could not capitalize on their scoring opportunities late in the game.
