In a decisive Week 2 matchup of the 2026 season, the Baltimore Ravens topped the New Orleans Saints with a final score of 31-14. The Ravens demonstrated their dominance on both sides of the ball, securing a strong start to their campaign while the Saints struggled to find their footing. Lamar Jackson led the Ravens' offensive charge, throwing for 228 yards and a touchdown, while Derrick Henry powered the ground game with an impressive 100 rushing yards. Zay Flowers emerged as a key target in the passing game, racking up 97 receiving yards and adding to Baltimore's offensive explosion. The combination of Jackson’s arm and Henry’s legs proved too much for the Saints' defense to handle. On the defensive side, the Ravens showcased a formidable performance, with Malaki Starks leading the charge with nine total tackles, effectively stifling the Saints' efforts. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when the Ravens forced a critical turnover, shifting momentum firmly in their favor and paving the way for a comfortable victory. Despite a sack from Chase Young of the Saints, Baltimore's defense held strong, sealing the win and proving their mettle early in the season.
