The New England Patriots secured a decisive 28-7 victory over the Buffalo Bills in Week 4 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams vying for early-season supremacy, the Patriots emerged as the dominant force on both sides of the ball. Drake Maye led the Patriots' offense with two touchdown passes, showcasing his ability to deliver in critical moments. TreVeyon Henderson was a standout on the ground, racking up 110 rushing yards and keeping the Bills' defense on its heels. Meanwhile, DJ Moore was the bright spot for Buffalo, finishing with 79 receiving yards but unable to convert those opportunities into points. Defensively, the Patriots were relentless, with Craig Woodson leading the charge with seven total tackles, stifling the Bills' offensive efforts throughout the game. The turning point came early in the second half when New England's defense forced a critical turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and maintain control. Buffalo struggled to respond, as the Patriots' defensive unit consistently pressured Josh Allen, limiting him to just 185 passing yards and no touchdowns.
