In a dominant performance, the Green Bay Packers defeated the Dallas Cowboys 38-7 in Week 6 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications looming, the Packers showcased their strength at home, solidifying their position in the race for postseason glory. Baker Mayfield led the charge for Green Bay, throwing for an impressive 358 yards and four touchdowns. His connection with De'Von Achane was particularly noteworthy, as Achane amassed 197 receiving yards, consistently exploiting the Cowboys' secondary. Meanwhile, the Cowboys struggled offensively, with Josh Jacobs managing only 49 rushing yards against a staunch Packers defense. Defensively, the Packers were relentless, with Clay Matthews leading the team with six total tackles and Nik Bonitto adding 1.5 sacks to his tally. The turning point came in the second quarter when Mayfield threw his third touchdown, widening the gap and leaving the Cowboys reeling. Although the Cowboys' Brandon Hill intercepted a pass, it was too little, too late as Green Bay’s defense stifled any momentum Dallas tried to build.
