In a thrilling Week 6 matchup, the New Orleans Saints outlasted the New York Giants, securing a hard-fought 31-25 victory. With playoff implications on the line, both teams battled fiercely, but it was the Saints who managed to hold off a late-game surge from the Giants. Caleb Williams led the Saints' offense with a solid performance, throwing for 245 yards and keeping the chains moving when it mattered most. Antonio Gibson shined in the backfield, racking up 117 rushing yards, while Marques Colston was a key target in the passing game, finishing with 99 receiving yards. Phil Simms kept the Giants competitive with two touchdown passes, but it wasn't enough to clinch the win. Defensively, the Giants showed grit, with Sonny Styles leading the charge with seven tackles. Despite their efforts, the Saints' offense was able to exploit key moments, particularly in the second half, where they established a crucial lead. The turning point came when New Orleans successfully converted a late fourth down, which allowed them to run down the clock and seal the victory.
