In a stunning display of offensive firepower, the Denver Broncos cruised to a commanding 90-6 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Broncos solidify their position as a top contender, while the 49ers struggle to find answers amid a disappointing season. Leading the charge for Denver, John Elway Jr. put on a spectacular performance, throwing for 712 yards and an astonishing 11 touchdowns. Demarius Thomas was his primary target, racking up 345 receiving yards, while the Broncos' offensive line provided ample protection, allowing Elway to showcase his skills throughout the game. San Francisco's Christian McCaffrey managed just 45 rushing yards, unable to establish any ground game to counter Denver’s aerial assault. Defensively, the Broncos dominated with Harold Perkins Jr. intercepting three passes, a key factor in their overwhelming victory. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Perkins picked off a pass, setting up another quick score for Denver and effectively sealing the fate of the 49ers. While the 49ers' Kyle Dugger recorded 1.5 sacks, it was not enough to disrupt the relentless Broncos offense that continued to score at will.
