In a commanding performance, the Denver Broncos defeated the Los Angeles Rams 43-26 in Week 3 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position as a formidable contender early in the campaign. With both teams seeking a crucial win, the Broncos showcased their offensive prowess, pulling away in the second half. Leading the charge for Denver was quarterback John Elway Jr., who threw for 295 yards and three touchdowns, effectively distributing the ball and keeping the Rams' defense on their heels. Wide receiver Demarius Thomas was a standout target, racking up an impressive 193 receiving yards, consistently finding ways to exploit the secondary and convert critical third downs. Meanwhile, Eric Dickerson struggled to find his rhythm on the ground, managing just 54 rushing yards for Los Angeles. The Broncos' defense played a vital role in the outcome, particularly in key moments that turned the tide of the game. While Alex Singleton led the Rams in tackles, it was the pressure applied by Denver's front that made the difference, limiting the Rams' offensive effectiveness. The game's turning point came late in the third quarter when the Broncos forced a turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and ultimately secure the victory.
