In a dominant display, the Cincinnati Bengals topped the New Orleans Saints 48-20 in Week 12 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, Cincinnati's performance not only secured a critical victory but also showcased their offensive prowess and defensive tenacity. Quarterback Joe Burrow was the star of the night, throwing for 314 yards and an impressive five touchdown passes, demonstrating his ability to command the game. Bryce Lance was his favorite target, racking up 104 receiving yards, while the Saints' Mike Washington Jr. managed to keep his team competitive with 91 rushing yards, though it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Bengals’ explosive offense. Defensively, Cincinnati made crucial plays that shifted the momentum in their favor. Dax Hill led the charge with eight total tackles, while Demetrius Knight Jr. added a sack and Tacario Davis snagged an interception, contributing to a relentless defensive effort that stifled the Saints’ scoring opportunities. The turning point came midway through the second quarter when Burrow connected for a touchdown after a key interception, allowing the Bengals to pull ahead and maintain control throughout the game.
