In a dominant performance, the Los Angeles Chargers topped the New York Jets 52-22 in Week 11 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff aspirations. The victory showcased the Chargers' explosive offense and marked a significant turning point for both teams as the season approaches its climax. Quarterback Justin Herbert led the charge for Los Angeles, throwing for an impressive 375 yards and three touchdowns, while wide receiver Brenen Thompson was a standout performer, amassing 182 receiving yards. The Chargers' offensive strategy was relentless, effectively dismantling the Jets' defense and creating opportunities both through the air and on the ground. Defensively, the Chargers made key plays that helped secure the win, with Khalil Mack recording a crucial sack and Donte Jackson grabbing an interception, which shifted momentum back to Los Angeles in the second half. Despite the Jets' efforts, including Braelon Allen's 75 rushing yards, they struggled to keep pace as the Chargers' defense stifled their attempts to mount a comeback, sealing the game decisively.
