In a thrilling showdown in Week 11 of the 2026 season, the New Orleans Saints outlasted the Chicago Bears with a final score of 41-34. With playoff implications on the line, both teams fought hard, but the Saints emerged victorious, maintaining their position in the postseason race. Tyler Shough was the standout performer for the Saints, throwing for an impressive 417 yards and connecting on five touchdown passes. His aerial assault kept the Bears' defense on its heels, while his precision and poise in the pocket were crucial to New Orleans' success. On the other side, Chicago's offense saw Rome Odunze shine with 158 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to match Shough's brilliance. Defensively, the Saints made key plays that swung the momentum in their favor, highlighted by Kaden Elliss's two interceptions that stifled Chicago's drives. Justin Reid led the Saints with five tackles, contributing to a defensive effort that ultimately held off a late-game surge from the Bears. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Elliss's second interception thwarted Chicago's attempts to tie the game, sealing the Saints' hard-fought victory.
