In a tightly contested battle, the San Francisco 49ers held off the Dallas Cowboys with a final score of 26-22 in Week 10 of the 2026 season. This victory keeps the 49ers firmly in playoff contention while the Cowboys struggle to maintain their momentum heading into the final stretch of the season. Dak Prescott had a standout performance for the Cowboys, throwing for 344 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to move the ball downfield. However, it was Christian McCaffrey who stole the show for the 49ers, rushing for 123 yards and proving to be a pivotal factor in San Francisco's offensive strategy. CeeDee Lamb also made a significant impact for Dallas, racking up 134 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to secure the win. Defensively, Demario Davis led the 49ers with eight total tackles, providing crucial stops when it mattered most. The game's turning point came when Geno Stone intercepted a crucial pass late in the fourth quarter, effectively sealing the victory for San Francisco. Despite Von Miller's impressive 1.5 sacks for the Cowboys, the 49ers' defense tightened up at key moments, allowing them to hold off Dallas and secure a vital win.
