The Pittsburgh Steelers topped the Indianapolis Colts 56-37 in a high-octane Week 5 showdown that showcased offensive fireworks and defensive dominance. With this victory, the Steelers improve their season record, solidifying their position in the playoff race while the Colts look to regroup as they face tougher competition ahead. Steelers quarterback Joe Milton was nothing short of sensational, throwing for 524 yards and six touchdowns, connecting frequently with wide receiver DK Metcalf, who racked up 226 receiving yards. The duo's chemistry was palpable, as they exploited the Colts' secondary to great effect, helping to build a commanding lead. On the ground, Jonathan Taylor kept the Colts competitive with 123 rushing yards, but it wasn't enough to match the Steelers' aerial assault. Defensively, the Steelers were relentless, with T.J. Watt leading the charge with 3.5 sacks, putting constant pressure on the Colts' offense. Daylen Everette contributed with seven total tackles, anchoring the defense as they forced key turnovers. The turning point came when Jamel Dean intercepted a pass, setting up another quick score that put the game out of reach for Indianapolis.
