In a high-octane showdown, the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Houston Texans with a final score of 86-55 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. This matchup was crucial for both teams, with the Cowboys looking to solidify their dominance in the conference and the Texans fighting to stay relevant in a competitive landscape. Dak Prescott was nothing short of spectacular, throwing for an astounding 587 yards and a record-breaking nine touchdowns, leading the Cowboys' offensive explosion. His primary target, Ryan Flournoy, racked up 273 receiving yards, showcasing a lethal connection that kept the Texans' defense on its heels. Meanwhile, Javonte Williams contributed on the ground with 43 rushing yards, adding balance to an already potent aerial attack. While the Cowboys shone offensively, the Texans' defense made its mark as well, with Danielle Hunter recording 3.5 sacks and Denzel Ward snagging three interceptions. However, the turning point came late in the second quarter when Prescott threw four consecutive touchdowns, effectively sealing the game and leaving Houston scrambling. The Cowboys' offensive firepower proved too much for the Texans to overcome, as they cruised to a resounding victory.
