In a high-scoring showdown, the Indianapolis Colts outlasted the Houston Texans with a final score of 45-28 in Week 11 of the 2026 season. The victory was crucial for the Colts as they continue to solidify their playoff positioning in a competitive AFC South. Colts quarterback Daniel Jones was the star of the night, throwing for an impressive 391 yards, while Texans’ Jayden Daniels matched his intensity with four touchdown passes. Despite their efforts, the Colts' ground game was held in check, with Jonathan Taylor managing only 29 rushing yards. On the receiving end, Brevin Jordan shone for Houston, racking up 181 yards, but it wasn’t enough to turn the tide. Defensively, the Colts made pivotal plays that shifted the momentum of the game, particularly with A.J. Haulcy's two interceptions, which stifled Houston's scoring opportunities. Although the Texans' Kamari Lassiter led the game with five tackles and Will Anderson Jr. registered a sack, the Colts' ability to capitalize on turnovers proved decisive. The key turning point came in the second half when Haulcy's second pick set up a touchdown drive, allowing Indianapolis to extend their lead and ultimately secure the win.
