In a commanding performance, the Washington Commanders topped the New York Giants with a decisive 42-14 victory in Week 10 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Commanders showcased their dominance, leaving the Giants struggling to keep pace. Quarterback Jayden Daniels was the star of the night, throwing for four touchdowns while also leading the ground game with 99 rushing yards. His ability to find targets downfield, coupled with a potent offensive strategy, left the Giants' defense scrambling. New York's Joe Milton put in a solid effort with 283 passing yards but couldn't match Daniels' explosive output. On the defensive side, Washington's unit made its presence felt, highlighted by Jer'Zhan Newton's two sacks and Bobby Wagner's crucial interception. The turning point came in the second quarter when the Commanders forced a turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and seize control of the game. Lorenzo Styles Jr. anchored the defense with four tackles, ensuring the Giants' attempts at a comeback were consistently thwarted.
