In a high-octane matchup, the Green Bay Packers topped the New England Patriots 44-29 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. The victory keeps the Packers firmly in playoff contention, while the Patriots struggle to find consistency as they head into the latter part of the season. Jordan Love managed the game effectively with 141 passing yards and a touchdown, but it was Josh Jacobs who stole the show with a staggering 262 rushing yards, showcasing his ability to break tackles and create explosive plays. A.J. Brown led the Patriots with 111 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with Green Bay's offensive onslaught. Defensively, Micah Parsons was a force for the Packers, racking up 8 total tackles and an impressive 7.5 sacks, which significantly disrupted the New England offensive rhythm. The turning point came in the second half when Parsons' relentless pressure forced a critical turnover, allowing Green Bay to extend their lead and ultimately secure the victory. Benjamin St-Juste also contributed with an interception, further sealing the Patriots' fate.
