The Tampa Bay Buccaneers secured a decisive 28-10 victory over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3 of the 2026 season, showcasing their dominance on both sides of the ball. With this win, the Buccaneers improve their standing early in the season while the Vikings are left searching for answers moving forward. Baker Mayfield led the charge for Tampa Bay, throwing for 233 yards and one touchdown, effectively managing the game and spreading the ball around to keep the Vikings’ defense on their heels. Meanwhile, Minnesota's Will Levis showed flashes of brilliance on the ground with 83 rushing yards, and Justin Jefferson made his mark in the air, finishing with 105 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to shift the momentum. Defensively, the Buccaneers were impactful, with Antoine Winfield Jr. making a game-changing contribution by snagging two interceptions, putting a stranglehold on the Vikings' passing game. A'Shawn Robinson added pressure with a key sack, helping to disrupt Levis’ rhythm. The turning point came in the second quarter when Winfield's first interception set up a quick touchdown, allowing Tampa Bay to seize control and never look back.
