This decisive victory propels the Chargers forward in the playoffs, solidifying their status as a formidable contender for the championship. Quarterback Justin Herbert was the star of the show, throwing for an impressive 318 yards and a staggering six touchdown passes. His connection with rookie standout Quentin Johnston, who racked up 124 receiving yards, proved to be a game-changer, while Omarion Hampton added a solid ground game with 75 rushing yards, keeping the Broncos' defense on its heels. Defensively, the Chargers were relentless, with Troy Andersen leading the charge with eight total tackles. Notably, Derwin James Jr. added an interception to halt any momentum the Broncos hoped to build.
