Effective D-Line captains aren't just examples to follow, they are motivators. When they enter the zone, all opposing blockers have their resistance bars wiped out.
SilverNo Outsiders
OVR 75+Defenders with this ability have improved run shed moves and disengage angles for a better chance at stopping outside zone plays. Upgrades with BSH, TAK, and PUR.
GoldUnpredictable
OVR 80+Defenders with this ability are much less likely to increase their blocker's resistance bars when performing shed wins, and occasionally remove a bar of blocker resistance on shed wins. Upgrades with FMV and PMV.
GoldEl Toro
OVR 85+Defenders with this ability have a greatly increased chance to receive dominant bull rush wins when their stamina is full. This consumes a small amount of additional stamina. Upgrades with PMV, FMV, and STR.
SilverEdge Threat
OVR 95+Defenders with this ability are more likely to use faster, more dominant pass rush moves while rushing from the edge of the defense, and have more favorable disengage angles. Upgrades with FMV, PMV, and PUR.
