The Dallas Cowboys narrowly defeated the Houston Texans 32-29 in a thrilling Week 4 matchup of the 2026 season. Both teams came into this game looking to establish their dominance in the league, but it was the Cowboys who emerged victorious in a tightly contested battle. Jayden Daniels led the Cowboys' offensive charge, throwing for 289 yards and three touchdowns. His ability to connect with his receivers, particularly in critical moments, kept the Texans on their heels throughout the game. Meanwhile, Bucky Irving was the standout for Houston, rushing for 57 yards, but the Texans struggled to keep pace with Dallas' aerial attack. Defensively, Zyon McCollum shone for the Cowboys, racking up nine total tackles and making key plays to stifle Houston's attempts at a comeback. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Dallas intercepted a pass, allowing them to maintain their slim lead and secure the win. The Texans, despite their efforts and a strong performance from Trey Hendrickson with two sacks, fell just short.
