In a pivotal Week 6 matchup, the Chicago Bears topped the Minnesota Vikings with a final score of 28-14, securing a crucial victory in their quest for playoff positioning. The Bears showcased their offensive prowess, while the Vikings struggled to keep pace in a game that could have significant implications down the stretch. Bo Nix was the standout performer for Chicago, throwing for an impressive 339 yards and three touchdowns, effectively leading the Bears' aerial attack. LaRon Mallard contributed significantly on the ground with 79 rushing yards, helping to balance the offensive strategy. Meanwhile, Justin Jefferson emerged as a bright spot for the Vikings, accumulating 118 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to propel his team to victory. Defensively, the Bears made critical plays, including a key sack by Christen Miller that disrupted the Vikings' momentum. The turning point came in the second quarter when Chicago scored back-to-back touchdowns, putting them ahead and forcing Minnesota to play catch-up. Although Kyle Hamilton recorded eight tackles for the Vikings, their defense was unable to contain the Bears' offensive onslaught, ultimately sealing the game for Chicago.
