In a tightly contested Week 10 matchup, the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Denver Broncos 28-20, solidifying their position in the playoff race. Both teams sought crucial momentum as the season approached its final stretch, but it was the Chiefs who ultimately came out on top. Jordan Love led the Chiefs' offense with an impressive 380 passing yards, showcasing his ability to stretch the field effectively. Makai Lemon was the standout receiver, racking up 183 receiving yards and proving to be a reliable target for Love. Meanwhile, Jayden Daniels of the Broncos threw for two touchdowns, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Chiefs' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Chiefs made their mark with Josh Hines-Allen recording two sacks, applying consistent pressure on Daniels throughout the game. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when the Chiefs' defense stifled a potential game-tying drive, forcing the Broncos to turn the ball over on downs. With a strong defensive stand and timely plays, Kansas City secured their victory and kept their championship hopes alive.
