In a decisive Week 12 clash, the Denver Broncos topped the Green Bay Packers 27-12, maintaining their playoff aspirations in a tightly contested 2027 season. The victory showcased the Broncos' offensive firepower while the Packers struggled to keep pace, falling further behind in the race for a postseason berth. Jayden Daniels led the charge for Denver, throwing for 283 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to make key plays when it mattered most. A.J. Barner was his favorite target, racking up 119 receiving yards to help propel the Broncos' offense. Meanwhile, Bucky Irving stood out for the Packers, rushing for 102 yards, but it wasn’t enough to spark a comeback. Defensively, the Broncos made crucial plays to stifle the Packers' momentum, with Azeez Al-Shaair recording 1.5 sacks and Cooper DeJean snagging an interception. The turning point came late in the third quarter, when DeJean's interception thwarted a potential scoring drive by Green Bay, allowing Denver to extend their lead and ultimately secure the victory. The Broncos’ defense proved instrumental, bending but not breaking under pressure.
