The Washington Commanders secured a decisive 35-14 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 15 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff hopes. With both teams vying for position in the standings, the Commanders showcased their dominance on both sides of the ball. On offense, Jayden Daniels led the Commanders with a stellar performance, throwing for two touchdowns and helping the team to a commanding lead. Christian McCaffrey contributed significantly on the ground, racking up 85 rushing yards, while the Falcons struggled to match their offensive output, with Tua Tagovailoa finishing with 175 passing yards and one touchdown. Defensively, the Commanders made critical plays that shifted the momentum of the game. Frankie Luvu's sack was a key moment, disrupting the Falcons' rhythm and contributing to their struggles in the passing game. Although Divine Deablo recorded an interception for Atlanta, it was not enough to turn the tide as Washington's defense held firm, allowing them to maintain control throughout the contest.
