In a tightly contested matchup, the Washington Commanders narrowly defeated the New York Giants 20-17 in Week 10 of the 2026 season. The stakes were high as both teams vied for playoff positioning, making this victory crucial for Washington as they look to solidify their standing in the conference. Jaxson Dart led the Giants offensively with an impressive 308 passing yards and one touchdown, showcasing his ability to move the ball through the air. Cam Skattebo contributed significantly on the ground with 82 rushing yards, while Malachi Fields was the standout receiver, racking up 84 receiving yards. Despite their efforts, the Giants fell just short, unable to capitalize on their offensive production. Defensively, the Commanders made their mark with a standout performance from Dre Greenlaw, who recorded nine total tackles. However, it was Nick Cross who truly shifted the momentum, as he snagged two crucial interceptions that thwarted New York's scoring opportunities.
