The Atlanta Falcons held off the Chicago Bears with a final score of 33-24 in a Week 6 showdown of the 2026 season. The victory was crucial for the Falcons as they bolster their playoff aspirations and establish themselves as a contender in the league. Tua Tagovailoa's single passing touchdown was complemented by a dominant ground game led by Kyren Williams, who racked up an impressive 149 rushing yards. Caleb Williams of the Bears provided a strong aerial attack with 252 passing yards, but it wasn't enough to secure the win for Chicago. Colston Loveland was a bright spot for the Bears, finishing with 84 receiving yards, but inconsistent offensive support proved costly. Defensively, Jalon Walker was a standout for the Falcons, contributing three sacks that disrupted the Bears' rhythm and highlighted Atlanta's tenacity on that side of the ball. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter, where a critical sack by Walker shifted momentum, allowing the Falcons to maintain control and ultimately seal the victory. The Bears struggled to respond, falling short in their attempt to mount a comeback.
