In a crucial Week 16 matchup, the Baltimore Ravens topped the Cleveland Browns 19-7, solidifying their playoff aspirations while leaving Cleveland's postseason hopes hanging by a thread. With both teams vying for positioning, the Ravens emerged victorious, showcasing their dominance at home. Lamar Jackson was the standout performer for Baltimore, rushing for 72 yards and consistently moving the chains, while Rashod Bateman contributed significantly with 71 receiving yards. Although Taylen Green of the Browns threw for 142 yards and a touchdown, his efforts were not enough to keep pace with the Ravens’ offensive onslaught. Defensively, Baltimore's prowess proved vital, with Trey Hendrickson recording a key sack and Chandler Rivers intercepting a pass that shifted momentum. The turning point came in the second quarter when Rivers picked off Green, setting up a scoring drive that extended the Ravens’ lead and ultimately sealed the game. The Browns struggled to recover, unable to respond effectively to Baltimore's defensive pressure.
