In a decisive matchup, the New Orleans Saints topped the New York Giants with a final score of 20-6, securing a crucial victory in Week 6 of the 2026 season. The Saints' win solidifies their position in the playoff hunt, while the Giants will need to regroup after struggling to find their offensive rhythm. Leading the charge for the Giants was Jaxson Dart, who threw for 146 yards, but struggled to convert those yards into points. Saquon Barkley showed flashes of brilliance, rushing for 105 yards, providing the only semblance of a ground game for New York. However, it was Jordyn Tyson of the Saints who made the most significant impact in the passing game, racking up 53 receiving yards to help fuel New Orleans' offensive success. Defensively, the Saints were dominant, led by Julian Blackmon's eight total tackles, which stifled the Giants' efforts throughout the game. Cameron Jordan was a force on the defensive line, recording two sacks that disrupted New York's offensive flow and served as critical momentum shifts. The turning point came early in the second half when a key sack by Jordan led to a turnover, allowing the Saints to take control and ultimately seal the game.
