In a decisive victory, the New Orleans Saints topped the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-0 in Week 7 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Saints delivered a commanding performance at home, showcasing their dominance on both sides of the ball. Tyler Shough led the way for New Orleans, throwing for 193 yards and two touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the offense throughout the game. Travis Etienne Jr. contributed significantly on the ground, racking up 80 rushing yards, while Chris Olave emerged as Shough’s favorite target, logging an impressive 103 receiving yards. This offensive trio kept the Steelers' defense on their heels, preventing any chance of a comeback. Defensively, the Saints were relentless, with Cameron Jordan leading the charge with two sacks, consistently pressuring the Steelers' quarterback. The turning point came early in the second half when the Saints' defense forced a crucial turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and stifle any hopes of a Pittsburgh resurgence. With the Steelers unable to find their rhythm, New Orleans maintained control, securing their shutout and further solidifying their playoff push.
