In a dominating performance, the Washington Commanders topped the Seattle Seahawks 41-7 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With this victory, Washington solidifies their position as a contender early in the year, while Seattle struggles to find their footing. Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels led the charge with an impressive 259 passing yards and two touchdown passes, showcasing his poise and accuracy. Running back Jarquez Hunter contributed significantly on the ground with 84 rushing yards, while Antonio Williams emerged as a key target, racking up 98 receiving yards. Together, they formed a potent offensive trio that overwhelmed the Seahawks' defense. Defensively, the Commanders were relentless, applying pressure and stifling Seattle's attempts to mount a comeback. The turning point came in the second quarter when Washington's defense forced a critical turnover, allowing the offense to capitalize and extend their lead.
