The Denver Broncos topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-21 in a tightly contested matchup in Week 2 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to establish early momentum, the Broncos managed to outlast the Jaguars, securing a crucial win to build on their season's aspirations. Trevor Lawrence showcased his skills under center for Jacksonville, throwing for 261 yards and three touchdowns, marking a standout performance despite the loss. His favorite target, Jakobi Meyers, was a revelation, racking up 156 receiving yards and proving to be a constant threat in the Broncos' secondary. RJ Harvey led the ground game for Denver with 51 rushing yards, providing essential balance to their offensive attack. Defensively, Alex Singleton was the standout for the Broncos, recording four tackles, a sack, and an interception. His ability to disrupt Jacksonville's rhythm proved pivotal, especially during a key sequence in the second half where he picked off a pass from Lawrence, halting a potential game-tying drive. This momentum shift allowed Denver to maintain their lead and ultimately secure the victory.
