In a thrilling Week 11 showdown, the DC DC Talons narrowly defeated the Virginia Beach Tidewatershark with a final score of 41-33. The win was crucial for the Talons as they continue to solidify their playoff positioning in a tightly contested season. Both teams showcased explosive offensive talent, but it was the Talons who emerged victorious in the end. C.J. Stroud was the standout performer for DC, throwing for an impressive 250 yards and five touchdowns. His precision and poise in the pocket were on full display, particularly in crucial moments of the game. Meanwhile, Terrance Ferguson delivered a spectacular performance as well, racking up 169 receiving yards and proving to be Stroud's favorite target throughout the contest. On the other side, Bijan Robinson did his best to keep the Tidewatershark in the game, rushing for a remarkable 183 yards. Defensively, the Tidewatershark were led by Dillon Thieneman, who recorded six total tackles, but they struggled to contain the Talons' aerial assault. The game turned decisively in the third quarter when Stroud connected with Ferguson for a pivotal touchdown that shifted momentum. Although Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah snagged an interception for Virginia Beach, it wasn't enough to stop the Talons, who capitalized on their offensive opportunities to secure the win.
