In a pivotal Week 7 matchup, the Seattle Phantom topped the Kansas City Chiefs with a final score of 38-21, solidifying their position in the playoff race. This victory not only boosts Seattle's confidence but also raises questions about Kansas City's ability to compete against tough opponents as the season progresses. Tyler Shough was the star of the night for Seattle, throwing for 286 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his impressive arm and decision-making under pressure. Jeremiyah Love was a dual-threat, racking up 139 receiving yards and contributing 49 rushing yards, proving to be a constant menace for Kansas City's defense throughout the game. Defensively, Seattle's performance was marked by solid tackling and pressure, with Jevon Holland leading the team with five total tackles. The turning point came in the second quarter when Shough's efficient passing led to consecutive scoring drives, putting the Chiefs on their heels and allowing the Phantom to control the tempo of the game. Despite a strong effort from L'Jarius Sneed, who recorded two interceptions, Kansas City couldn't overcome Seattle's offensive firepower.
