The Las Vegas Raiders topped the New Orleans Saints 31-21 in a Week 3 clash that was crucial for both teams as they looked to establish momentum early in the 2026 season. The Raiders' victory not only keeps them in the hunt for a playoff spot but also sends a clear message about their offensive firepower. Leading the charge for the Raiders was quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr, who threw for 232 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his precision and poise in the pocket. Jonah Coleman added to the ground game with a solid 82 rushing yards, while Zay Flowers of the Saints made his mark with 84 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to clinch a win for New Orleans. Defensively, the Raiders made critical plays that shifted the momentum in their favor, particularly with Kevin Winston Jr's interception that halted a potential scoring drive for the Saints. Despite Demario Davis's impressive 10 tackles and Alex Highsmith’s 1.5 sacks for New Orleans, the Raiders' ability to capitalize on key turnovers and maintain their offensive rhythm ultimately sealed the game. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Winston’s interception set up a touchdown drive that put the game out of reach for the Saints.
