In a thrilling Week 3 matchup, the Denver Broncos narrowly defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers, finishing the game with a final score of 34-31. Both teams entered the contest looking to solidify their standings in the early season, but it was the Broncos who emerged victorious in a tightly contested battle. Bo Nix led the charge for Denver, throwing for an impressive 320 yards and effectively orchestrating the Broncos' offense. Ryan Coleman-William was his go-to target, racking up 103 receiving yards, while the Steelers' Drew Allar managed to find the end zone once despite a modest passing performance. Rico Dowdle shone for Pittsburgh on the ground, amassing 137 rushing yards, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win. Defensively, the Steelers showcased some resilience, with Daylen Everette recording a team-high five tackles and Derrick Harmon contributing with a sack. However, it was Denver's ability to capitalize on key moments that made the difference, particularly in the fourth quarter, where they held off a late push from Pittsburgh. The game’s turning point came when the Broncos intercepted a pass, halting the Steelers' momentum and allowing Denver to control the clock and secure the win.
