In a dominating performance, the Indianapolis Colts topped the Dallas Cowboys 35-7 in Week 9 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff aspirations with a convincing victory. The Colts showcased their offensive firepower, while the Cowboys struggled to find their rhythm throughout the game. Quarterback Bryce Young was the star of the show, throwing for two touchdowns and effectively managing the game. Saquon Barkley contributed significantly, not only leading the Colts in rushing with 89 yards but also making an impact in the passing game with 64 receiving yards. The combination of Young’s precision and Barkley’s versatility proved too much for the Cowboys' defense to handle. Defensively, the Colts were relentless, with K'Lavon Chaisson recording two sacks that disrupted any momentum the Cowboys attempted to build. Reed Blankenship anchored the defensive effort with three total tackles, ensuring that Dallas struggled to establish a consistent offense. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Chaisson's pressure led to a critical turnover, allowing the Colts to seize control of the game and never look back.
