In a high-octane showdown, the Minnesota Vikings topped the Carolina Panthers 41-27 in Week 13 of the 2026 season. The victory not only bolstered the Vikings' playoff hopes but also showcased their explosive offense in front of a raucous home crowd. Leading the charge for Minnesota was quarterback Jalon Daniels, who threw for an impressive 402 yards and three touchdowns. His favorite target, Justin Jefferson, had a standout performance as well, racking up 174 receiving yards, making critical catches that kept the chains moving. On the ground, the Panthers' Jaydon Blue shone brightly with 147 rushing yards, but it was the Vikings' air attack that ultimately dictated the pace of the game. Defensively, the Vikings made key plays that shifted momentum. Andrew Van Ginkel's sack put pressure on the Panthers’ offense at crucial moments, while James Pierre's interception added to the Vikings’ lead and halted any hopes of a Carolina comeback. With strong defensive stands and timely turnovers, Minnesota was able to hold off the Panthers and secure a vital win as they approach the postseason.
