In a commanding display, the Green Bay Packers defeated the Detroit Lions 34-3 in Week 7 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position as a top contender in the NFC. With this victory, the Packers improved their standing, while the Lions struggled to find their footing in the division. Quarterback Jordan Love led the charge for Green Bay, throwing for 251 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his effectiveness under pressure. Running back Josh Jacobs added a powerful ground game, racking up 120 rushing yards, while tight end Tucker Kraft was a standout in the passing attack, accumulating 151 receiving yards. This offensive trio was instrumental in dismantling the Lions' defense. On the defensive side, the Packers stifled the Lions' efforts, limiting them to just three points throughout the game. Detroit's only semblance of pressure came from Levi Onwuzurike, who recorded a sack, but it was not enough to shift momentum. The turning point occurred in the second quarter when Green Bay scored two quick touchdowns, effectively sealing the game and leaving the Lions unable to recover.
