The Las Vegas Raiders secured a 26-16 victory over the New Orleans Saints in a crucial Week 3 matchup of the 2026 season. With both teams vying for early positioning in the playoffs, the Raiders showcased resilience and execution to come out on top. Tyler Shough of the Saints had a standout performance, throwing for 273 yards and two touchdowns, leading the New Orleans offense. Jordyn Tyson also made his mark, racking up 102 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Raiders' balanced attack. Mike Washington Jr. contributed significantly on the ground, providing essential yards to keep the chains moving for Las Vegas. Defensively, the Raiders were bolstered by Kwity Paye, who delivered a dominating performance with 2.5 sacks, disrupting the Saints' offensive rhythm. The game's turning point came late in the third quarter when Paye's pressure led to a critical turnover, allowing the Raiders to capitalize and extend their lead. Despite a strong showing from Jonas Sanker on the Saints' defense with eight total tackles, they could not contain the Raiders' momentum as the game drew to a close.
