The Indianapolis Colts topped the Washington Commanders with a decisive 47-28 victory in Week 4 of the 2026 season. With both teams fighting for playoff positioning, the Colts demonstrated their offensive firepower and tactical prowess to secure the win. Leading the charge for the Colts was Jonathan Taylor, who rushed for an impressive 203 yards, showcasing his ability to dominate on the ground. Meanwhile, Washington's Jayden Daniels had a standout performance as well, passing for 443 yards and throwing three touchdowns, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with Indianapolis' relentless scoring. Defensively, Sauce Gardner made a significant impact for the Colts, recording six tackles and two interceptions, effectively stifling key drives from the Commanders. The game’s turning point came early in the fourth quarter when Gardner's second interception set up a crucial touchdown, allowing the Colts to pull away and solidify their lead. With timely defensive plays complementing their offensive success, Indianapolis proved they are a force to be reckoned with this season.
