The Jacksonville Jaguars delivered a commanding performance, defeating the Denver Broncos 33-7 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. This decisive victory not only boosts Jacksonville's momentum but also sends a clear message to the league about their playoff aspirations. Trevor Lawrence was the standout for the Jaguars, showcasing his prowess with 214 passing yards and two touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the offense. Chris Rodriguez Jr. complemented the aerial attack with a robust ground game, racking up 100 rushing yards, while Parker Washington provided reliable support in the passing game, finishing with 68 receiving yards. The Jaguars' offensive execution was relentless, leaving the Broncos struggling to keep pace. Defensively, the Jaguars were equally impressive, highlighted by Jahlani Tavai's sack and Caleb Ransaw's interception, which shifted momentum firmly in their favor. The turning point came in the second quarter when Ransaw's interception halted a potential scoring drive by Denver, allowing Jacksonville to extend their lead. With solid tackles from Alex Singleton of the Broncos, Denver's defense had moments of resilience, but they ultimately couldn't contain the Jaguars' offensive onslaught.
