In a crucial Week 7 matchup, the Denver Broncos defeated the Arizona Cardinals 28-18, improving their record and solidifying their playoff aspirations. The win showcased the Broncos' offensive prowess while the Cardinals struggled to keep pace in the second half. Bo Nix led the charge for Denver with a standout performance, throwing for 129 yards and three touchdown passes. His ability to connect under pressure allowed the Broncos to establish a lead that they would not relinquish. Jeremiyah Love put up a valiant effort for the Cardinals, contributing 74 rushing yards and 67 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to turn the tide. Defensively, the Broncos' Pat Surtain II made a pivotal interception that shifted momentum in favor of Denver, stifling a potential scoring drive from Arizona. Meanwhile, the Cardinals' defense, anchored by Mack Wilson Sr. with five tackles and Walter Nolen III's sack, struggled to contain the Broncos' explosive plays. The turning point came late in the third quarter when Surtain's interception set up a touchdown drive that widened Denver's lead and ultimately secured their victory.
