In a commanding performance, the Cleveland Browns defeated the Houston Texans 42-14 in Week 10 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications hanging in the balance, the Browns showcased their dominance on both sides of the ball, further solidifying their position in the race for postseason glory. Cleveland's offense was led by quarterback Taylen Green, who threw for 283 yards and four touchdowns, demonstrating precision and poise throughout the game. His favorite target, Jeff Caldwell, had a stellar outing, racking up 143 receiving yards and finding the end zone, while the rushing attack kept the Texans' defense on their heels. Despite Houston's efforts, including Breece Hall's 61 rushing yards, the Browns' offense proved too potent. Defensively, the Browns applied consistent pressure, highlighted by Mason Graham's sack and Tyson Campbell's interception, which contributed to a critical shift in momentum. The turning point came in the second quarter when the Browns scored back-to-back touchdowns, extending their lead and leaving the Texans with little room to recover. Justin Jefferson's four tackles helped stifle any potential Texans' drives, ensuring Cleveland's victory was never in doubt.
