In a dominating performance, the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 41-0 in Week 6 of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Steelers solidified their position as a formidable contender, showcasing both their offensive prowess and defensive strength against a struggling Buccaneers squad. Leading the charge for Pittsburgh was quarterback Drew Allar, who threw for 185 yards and tossed two touchdown passes, while Rico Dowdle torched the Buccaneers’ defense with an impressive 199 rushing yards. Wide receiver DK Metcalf contributed significantly as well, racking up 75 receiving yards to keep the chains moving and the Buccaneers on their heels throughout the game. Defensively, the Steelers were relentless, with Payton Wilson stealing the spotlight by recording three interceptions, a key factor in the shutout victory. T.J. Watt added pressure with a sack, helping to stifle any aspirations Tampa Bay had of mounting a comeback. The game’s turning point came early when the Steelers’ defense forced a turnover that led to a quick touchdown, setting the tone for a lopsided affair.
