In a commanding performance, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Arizona Cardinals 56-23 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. This decisive victory not only bolstered Seattle's playoff aspirations but also showcased their dominance on both sides of the ball. Quarterback Jalen Milroe was the star of the show for the Seahawks, throwing for four touchdowns while also contributing on the ground with 36 rushing yards. Will Levis kept the Cardinals in the game with a solid 357 passing yards and a standout performance from receiver Bryce Ford-Wheaton, who tallied 122 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to match Seattle's offensive firepower. Defensively, the Seahawks were relentless, with DeMarcus Lawrence leading the charge with two sacks, applying consistent pressure on the Cardinals' offense. Bud Clark highlighted the defensive effort with five total tackles, although it was the Seahawks' ability to force critical turnovers that swung the momentum early in the second half. Seattle's dominant display was punctuated by their relentless scoring and timely defensive stops, sealing the game decisively.
